This website is operated by DoxieDuo. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DoxieDuo. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents in your care to use the site.

2. Products

We do our best to display our products, colors and dimensions accurately. Photos may vary slightly from the item you receive due to lighting and screen settings. The DoxieDuo is a costume intended for adult recreational use. Always follow the included instructions, use only the specified batteries, and never leave the costume inflated and unattended.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. If an error in price or product information is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you are charged, we will issue a full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited to one per order, and may be changed or ended at any time. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
