Free Shipping
Every DoxieDuo order ships free to addresses in the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Orders that include the Priority Processing add-on are moved to the front of the line.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive in about 6–12 days from the date the order is placed. The estimated delivery window for your order is shown on the product page before you buy.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays and other events outside our control. During busy seasons such as the weeks before Halloween, we recommend ordering early.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
Package Protection
If you added Package Protection at checkout and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, email us with your order number and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
